Football: Liverpool's Suarez nets record-equalling goal

Luis Suarez equalled the Premier League goal-scoring record for a 38-game season as the Liverpool forward netted his 31st goal of the campaign against Crystal Palace on Monday.
Suarez's second half strike at Selhurst Park drew him level with the previous mark set by Cristiano Ronaldo and Alan Shearer.
Shearer scored 31 times for Blackburn in 1995-96, while Portugal star Ronaldo, now at Real Madrid, chalked up 31 for Manchester United in 2007-08.
Suarez's milestone moment arrived in the 55th minute in south London with title-chasing Liverpool already leading 2-0.
The 27-year-old Uruguayan exchanged passes with Raheem Sterling before clipping a cool finish past Palace goalkeeper Julian Speroni.
Suarez's goal also meant Liverpool have scored three or more goals in a new Premier League record 21 games this season.
